I don't have GTFS data, how do I create it?

Scheduling systems now offer modules to export GTFS. If yours does not, you can utilize RouteShout's management interface to construct a GTFS file.

Can I track where RouteShout is used?

Yes. The RouteShout management interface provides stop level tracking with heat maps and reports.

Does RouteShout have riders alerts?

Yes. These alerts can be sent via the RouteShout management interface, by Route or System-wide.

How do riders sign up for alerts?

There is a unique web address for your agency's alerts. This address can be placed on your website so riders can sign up for customized alerts.

How much do the RouteShout mobile applications cost?

It is free to use the mobile applications and management interface. No set up charges.

I want to add SMS also; how much does that cost?
